Meridian Banquets Wedding in Rolling Meadows, IL: Lupe & Jesus

I fell in love with these two immediately. They are beautiful inside and out, such great personalities and their wedding was one for the books.

They had a very traditional ceremony in her childhood church (she used to sing there!) Their aisle runner said it all, they truly are best friends. They also had the lasso, arras and candle, so very sweet! Afterwards we headed to one of my favorite places, the Morton Arboretum. We stopped at a couple of sweet spots, check out that sun!

It was then time for the epic reception. I’m talking tequila bottle centerpieces, shot glasses favors, personalized hot sauces, mariachi, our photo booth. It was freaking awesome! So much dancing and the sea snake dance was the most hilariously crazy one ever. What an incredible couple and incredible day! Going to have some tequila in your honor tonight, cheers!

Morton Arboretum Wedding in Lisle, IL: Teresa & Christian

From the first days of Cloud Foto, I always dreamt of photographing a wedding at the Morton Arboretum. I'm a member, volunteer, huge fan, had done shoots there and was obsessed. Teresa & Christian made that dream come true with their fabulous Sunday brunch wedding.

We started at the hotel with hair and makeup. Her whole family was in the lobby all dressed and ready to go. They had their first look in the fragrance garden, the family soon followed and we got to do lots of family and couples photos.

The ceremony in the founder's room felt powerful and historic. She kept leaning on his shoulder and looking around the room. The brunch that followed was top notch, the live music pulled it all together. After the delicious food, we got to go by the terrace and take in the views. Thanks so much for an unforgettable day. Best wishes for your marriage and life!

Morton Arboretum Wedding in Lisle, IL: Hillary & Piotr

Hillary & Piotr were determined to elope on this date. They chose the perfect spot at the Morton Arboretum and the plan was on. Unfortunately (but romantically), it massively rained the entire time. Not a light one either, it was full on pouring. They did arm themselves with cute umbrellas and totally let mother nature do her thing. I think these are some of the best moments, when people just let go and embrace the elements. Congratulations you two, we love you!

Patrick Haley Mansion Wedding in Joliet, IL: Amanda & Frank

Amanda & Frank have been together through time and space, their story goes all the way back to high school. They went to prom together, and we in fact, replicated their prom picture; it was adorably awesome!

Amanda got ready at her parent's home, so many feels! They chose to have a first look there too. We then headed to the  Morton Arboretum for photos. I have a few favorite spots there, I'm so glad they were down for whatever. Afterwards, we made our way to the Patrick Haley Mansion in Joliet, IL for their ceremony and reception.

Our favorite part of the day, was how the ceremony included their beautiful dog Trudy as the flower girl. Many, many congratulations to you two, we love you so freaking much!
